只有用户主动选择“允许分享”，或在“设置与隐私”中打开“分享鼓击与诊断数据”后，DrumTuner 才会在检测到鼓击时自动发送约 2 秒的短音频；正常和未识别的结果都会发送。应用不会连续录音，也不会在后台录音。
随短音频发送的信息包括原始与最终频率、求解方式、噪声、衰减、性能、错误、功能使用、App 与算法版本、系统版本、硬件型号、采样率、声道数，以及设备上随机生成的设备级标识。该标识用于关联同一设备的诊断和执行删除请求。
数据用于复现识别问题、比较算法版本、改进频率求解及训练鼓声识别模型，不用于广告，不用于跨 App 跟踪，也不出售给数据经纪商。
数据由 DrumTuner 开发者及受托的云基础设施提供商按上述目的处理；该提供商仅按开发者的指示处理数据，并提供不低于本政策所述水平的保护。App 不包含第三方广告或行为分析 SDK。开发者身份见 App Store 产品页，联系方式见下方“联系我们”和 DrumTuner 支持页面。
设备上的待上传数据最长保存 7 天；服务器原始音频最长保存 90 天，结构化诊断最长保存 180 天，法律另有要求的除外。
待上传数据在设备上加密，传输使用 HTTPS。服务器限制请求体和请求频率，删除令牌只保存哈希，并避免记录音频内容和删除令牌。
用户可以在 App 的“设置与隐私”中随时关闭分享，或删除与本设备随机标识关联的云端和本机数据。关闭不会影响本机调音功能。拒绝分享后，App 不会反复请求。
短鼓声片段可能意外包含附近讲话或环境声音。请避免在私人谈话附近启用分享。

When you choose “On This iPhone Only”, drum sounds are used only for real-time frequency analysis on your device and are never sent to the DrumTuner diagnostics server.
Only after you choose “Allow Sharing”, or turn on “Share Drum Hits and Diagnostics” in Settings & Privacy, does DrumTuner automatically send a short clip of about 2 seconds when it detects a drum hit; clips are sent for both recognized and unrecognized results. The app never records continuously and never records in the background.
Each clip is sent with the raw and final frequency, solving method, noise, decay, performance, errors, feature usage, app and algorithm versions, OS version, hardware model, sample rate, channel count, and a random device-level identifier generated on the device. The identifier links diagnostics from the same device and is used to carry out deletion requests.
The data is used to reproduce recognition problems, compare algorithm versions, improve frequency solving, and train drum-sound recognition models. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking and is not sold to data brokers.
The data is processed by the DrumTuner developer and its contracted cloud infrastructure provider only for the purposes above. The provider processes the data only on the developer’s instructions and protects it to at least the standard described in this policy. The app contains no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK. The developer’s identity appears on the App Store product page; contact details are below and on the DrumTuner support page.
Pending uploads are kept on the device for at most 7 days. On the server, raw audio is kept for at most 90 days and structured diagnostics for at most 180 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
Pending uploads are encrypted on the device and sent over HTTPS. The server limits request size and rate, stores only hashes of deletion tokens, and avoids logging audio content or deletion tokens.
You can turn sharing off at any time in Settings & Privacy, or delete the cloud and on-device data linked to this device’s random identifier. Turning sharing off does not affect on-device tuning. If you decline sharing, the app will not keep asking.
Short drum clips may unintentionally contain nearby speech or ambient sound. Please avoid enabling sharing near private conversations.
